Parents sue over dead son’s salvia use

I cleared last night out of my eyes.  I read the title a few times.  Nope it’s still there.  I couldn’t really move beyond the title.  We all (secretly) knew it was just a matter of time.  In case you haven’t heard, the parents of the 17 year old (photo below) who killed himself after smoking Salvia are suing Herbalife International and Ethnosupply (based in British Columbia), and Herbalife Stores and Herbalife & Essence (based in Culver City, California).  Why, you ask?  Because Herbalife failed to inform their son just how dangerous Salvia can be.

As one commenter put it, "I feel sorry for their loss but it seems they’re just trying to ease their pain by blaming someone else. Money isn’t going to bring your son back. Where were you when he was ordering drugs over the internet? Where were you when he was feeling depressed and worthless?”
